Our first community hub located at 235 Corporation Drive is driven by the need to bring care as close to the community as possible. In order to provide cost effective care, a synergistic approach to health care should be taken.

This includes partners and service providers from the following areas:

• Retail

• Care Events

• Care Coordination

The vision is to create a hub for caregivers and the elderly to test out new products and services at their convenience. In time, retirees can be trained to become care coordinators, to assist in navigating the care spectrum, both public and private.
