There are many variations of medical devices and wellness products. In order to bring to the consumer market these products, Omphalos should use the following principles

  • • Product efficacy should be backed by clinical research or willing to do clinical trials in Singapore

    • Literature and manufacturing documentation should meet international standards

• Production Sites

  • • These should be from countries with a high standard of manufacturing and device design. These include Central Europe, Australia, USA, South Korea and Japan

• Variety

  • • Due to the presence of many distributors in Singapore, the spectrum of products should be varied, in order to maximize our presence in distribution

The points are similar to the Health and Wellness Connect, however, as these products are to used in a direct healthcare setting, additional points should be considered.
